First. I am no friend of street fighting. It is not cool. First rule of self defence is how to learn to stay away from fighting. However, if somebody suddenly tries to head but you, take no prisoners. Knock the guy out. ASAP. This fighter is doing something very close full contact MMA. He grabs the opponent and tries to knock him out with a knee to the rib. When that fails he goes for the round kick and scores a clean hit. KO.

This guy is fighting for his life. With some basic skills in boxing he manages to hold a virtual mob off him.
