First you stand in kyorumse and turn in your knee for a roundhousekick, without the kick. Hold it for 30sec~1min this should be trained every day. and then back into kyorumse.
If you can stand it without loosing your balance, stand in kyorumse turn in your knee, hold it for a short moment and let your leg snap quickly. after that, you go back in to the stand, where you knee is turned in - hold it for a moment - and back into kyorumse. thats the way to get a fast kick.
