Yeah, this looks easy. I tried to pull this off, didn’t work. Anybody had any success using this technique?

Full contact karate go under many names. This style is Kudo. Seems very similar to Daido Juku. Does anybody know the difference ? I am doing Zen Do Kai here in Japan, and it looks pretty much the same. We are also using the “super safe” head gear.
